iCompliance Ltd. is a provider of SaaS software, consultancy, training and support services, specializing in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions for various industries. While we primarily operate in the UK and North America, we collaborate with suppliers and partners across the globe. Our supply chains consist largely of professional technology providers and management systems consulting companies, with a focus on cloud-based services and digital tools.

Our Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are dedicated to preventing any form of modern slavery or human trafficking in our business and supply chains. iCompliance Ltd. has a Modern Slavery Policy that reflects our commitment to acting ethically in all business dealings. We actively enforce systems and controls to ensure that no forced or bonded labor, human trafficking, or exploitation exists within our organization or our suppliers’ operations.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

iCompliance Ltd. continuously reviews its operations and supply chains to assess the risk of modern slavery. We conduct due diligence with our suppliers to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This includes:

  • Reviewing suppliers’ policies and practices regarding labor conditions.
  • Contractually obliging suppliers to comply with our ethical standards, including the prohibition of forced labor and human trafficking.
  • Periodically monitoring and auditing our supply chains for any risks related to modern slavery if we have any doubts.
  • We update modern slavery statement if our risk assessment and due diligence highlight need for streamlining the policy for prevention of modern slavery  and human trafficking or due to changes in regulatory frameworks in areas of our operations.

Supplier Relationships and Ethical Expectations

We only work with suppliers who align with our values of ethical business conduct. We expect all suppliers to adhere to our Anti-Slavery Policy and uphold fair labor practices. Any failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the business relationship.

Training and Awareness

We ensure that all our employees receive training on modern slavery risks and the importance of ethical practices in our supply chains. This equips them with the knowledge and tools to identify and address potential risks.

Continuous Improvement

iCompliance Ltd. is committed to continuously improving our practices to prevent modern slavery and trafficking. We regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective in combating these issues.
