In such case, your personal data will only be processed for the relevant legitimate purpose only.
If you are a customer of iCompliance application, we will retain your personal data and contents for the contractual period of license you have with us and after that for a period of up to 1 years. If you are a customer purchasing products and/or services in marketplace in which event we will keep your information for up to 1 year in line with our policy. We will not notify you before deleting your data and information once the above mentioned period is completed.
If you are a prospective customer and you have agreed to contacting you, we will only retain your personal data for this purpose (a) until you unsubscribe from our communications; or, if you have not unsubscribed, (b) while you interact with us and our content; or (c) for 2 years from when you last interacted with us or our content.
If you have reached out to our customer services/sale team/operations team with regards to an issue/query, we will retain your details for as long as is necessary to resolve your query and for two weeks after the query is closed.
